What is the Story Behind the Poker Supermarket Meetup Group?

Recently I got the opportunity to sit down with several of the organizers behind the Poker Supermarket Meetup Group, a group of people in Agen idn poker Chicago that are dedicated to making the city of Chicago a very prominent city in the world of poker. With the aim of opening up poker to more people in the city, the Poker Supermarket Meetup Group is using social networking as their strategy.

The main organizer behind the group, Dave, is currently not living in Chicago, but he has taken an interest in the idea of opening up a poker café in the Windy City. He also happens to be a successful businessman himself and is working on a website that he is hoping will make him and his team a very large portion of the online poker economy in the world.

Many people find poker as an important part of their lives and that it would be great if they could play at home or in a lounge or bar somewhere. The only problem many people have about being able to have such a type of experience is that they don't know where to find a poker community and people who are willing to meet them there.

The way Dave describes his community is that it is like a mix between a neighborhood club and an urban university. Not only does he want his group to become a destination for new and experienced players alike, but he wants it to become a venue where people who are interested in seeing poker as a different form of entertainment can come and enjoy it.

The way this is actually happening is somewhat unique and yet it doesn't affect any one person's mind. No one in the group knows what Dave and his team are up to, but everyone knows that they are playing poker at all times. While Dave does see poker as more than just a hobby or something that should be avoided due to the nature of the game, it is something that anyone in the group is looking forward to doing.

People in theroup do play poker at their own pace and as individuals that enjoy their time in the group. However, it is something that works great when it is coupled with people who have similar interests and those who can discuss topics about the game that do not involve the playing itself.

The good thing about Dave and his group is that they do not have to worry about many of the other aspects of opening up a poker cafe because they only have to focus on business. Dave also makes sure that the groups goals are always clear to everyone and they are always working towards making sure that they can offer the best poker environment possible.

While there is still plenty of work to be done, there is a lot of promise when it comes to the future of the Poker Supermarket group. After watching them interact with the members of the group, I can tell you that they are definitely taking the right steps towards helping poker take off in the Windy City.
